Yes, you are welcome to bring your own cake, beverages, and snacks to enjoy in the party space. Please refer to our party packages or discuss your needs with a staff member prior to the party to ensure everything aligns with our guidelines. No alcohol is permitted in the facility at any time.
We recommend booking your party at least four weeks in advance to ensure availability. Party day and time slots are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, so the earlier you book, the better chance you have of securing your preferred date and time.
Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the party.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your party, please contact us as soon as possible. The 50% deposit is non-refundable, but we will work with you to find an alternate date if rescheduling is necessary.

Safety is our top priority. Our facility is designed with age-appropriate equipment, and our staff is trained to supervise the play area. We require all children to wear socks in the play area, and adults are asked to supervise their children at all times. Additionally, each child must have a signed waiver before entering the playground.
Yes, socks are required for both children and adults in the play area to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. If you forget to bring socks, they are available for purchase at our front desk.
Our playground is cleaned and sanitized daily using a non-toxic product called VitalOxide, which is no-rinse and processes overnight. We also perform spot cleaning throughout the day to maintain a clean environment. We ask that all patrons sanitize their hands prior to entry to help keep the play area safe and hygienic for everyone.

Our playground is currently designed for children aged 0-9 years old. We’re excited to grow and expand our offerings in the coming years to include a wider age range for our play patrons. Children under 2 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times. For safety reasons, adults are not allowed to use the playground equipment.
