Socks Required: For the safety and hygiene of everyone, all children and adults must wear socks while inside the play area. All shoes must be removed before entering. Shoe storage areas, including coat hooks and a shoe mat, are available for convenience. Café au Play is not responsible for any personal items that may be lost or misplaced.

Hand Sanitizing:
All guests must sanitize their hands before entering the play area. If you are uncomfortable sanitizing your child’s hands, you may wash them in the provided washroom sink using soap and water.

Supervision Required:
Parents and guardians must supervise their children at all times while in the play area. Caregivers should remain within the play area or in the front seating area. If your child is under one year old, it’s recommended to keep them within arm’s reach to ensure safety.

Washroom Supervision:
When you need to use the washroom, please take your child with you. This ensures that children are always supervised and not left unattended in the play area.

Appropriate Behavior:
Café au Play maintains a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior. This includes harassment of staff or other patrons, rough play, or bullying between children or adults. Any patrons who engage in disruptive behavior may be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

Food & Beverages:
Outside food is not allowed at the facility. However, water, breast milk, and baby formula are permitted. We ask that any food be consumed at tables in the designated front seating area. Beverages are welcome inside the play area, but must be attended to at all times to prevent spills.

The Transition Ten:
While each open play session lasts 120 minutes, the last ten minutes are intended for a smooth transition out of the play area. Patrons are asked to help their children wrap up playtime so that incoming guests are not delayed. This ensures that everyone has a timely and enjoyable experience.
